4G cheap pay as you go mobiles being developed

In Belgium, experts are developing the technology, despite many people not even including 3G in their cheap mobile deals yet.
The project, which is bringing together both industry chiefs and academics, is called IPHOBAC and is expected to take a few years before mobile users begin to see the benefits.
Pay As You Go - Great Savings
However, it is the world's first fully integrated look into the technology and is expecting to deliver data wirelessly up to 12.5 G b/s in the future.
Project coordinator Andreas Stohr said that the "completely new technology" will be able to be used in "just a few years time".
"It offers unique capabilities such as ultra-wide tunability and low-phase noise which are not possible with competing technologies, such as electronics," he added.
Meanwhile, the world's first Wi-Fi video-conference phone has been developed in South Korea.
