More people making cheap international calls on holiday

A study from Expedia has found that the need to access the internet wherever people find themselves in the world has resulted in laptops being abroad.
Many holidaymakers will also be using their mobiles to make cheap international calls while they enjoy their breaks.
Alison Couper, communications director at Expedia, called the using the web on the go "an integral tool in the fabric of modern living".
How to make cheap International Calls
"They're taking laptops and internet-enabled mobile phones abroad with them rather than relying on traditional desktop computers," he added.
"So, whether at home or abroad it is important for people to be able to go online - whether it's to contact friends and family, catch up on work emails or book the next part of their trip."
There are more than 3.3 billion mobile phone subscriptions around the globe, according to Amadeus.
