Security reasons for cheap calls to Spain

HSBC has reminded holidaymakers that in destinations such as Spain the risk of fraud is still there.
By telling banks of international travel trips in advance, and making cheap calls to Spain and other locations to check on their safety, travellers can protect themselves.
How to make cheap International Calls
Tim Pie, a spokesman from the bank, admitted that "you are more at risk of fraud overseas".
"So if you are going to be travelling tell your bank that you are going away but that doesn't mean you won't have transactions blocked because you are after all overseas," he added.
"People are more relaxed on holiday and there are gangs in places like the south of Spain who trawl the beaches stealing people's details…because they know we are relaxed on holiday and our guard is down."
The Association of Payment Clearing Services has revealed a 190 per cent increase in losses abroad in the last three years.
