Cheap international calls from inexpensive hotels expected

That is according to PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), which has claimed that corporate customers are being swayed into international travel trips by special hotel deals.
Business travellers make more cheap international calls than most when on breaks abroad, in order to relay important information and keep in touch with the office.

By downgrading hotels, businesses are managing to afford trips abroad despite the economic downturn.
Liz Hall, head of hospitality and leisure research at PwC, stated: "Reduced rate as well as added value are being used to sweeten the corporate sector, however the challenge they now have is that many corporate want to reduce their overall hotel spend.
"I suspect prices will fall further. Buyers will want to check they are getting the best rates."
The Travel Association has claimed that people will not cut down on holidays, regardless of the financial situation.
