People 'more familiar' with cheap broadband
News brought to you by Skint Tariffs, providers of cheap broadband deals.People in the UK are getting far more familiar with cheap broadband and this is making it a far more useful resource, it has been claimed.
However, while people are getting used to home broadband and using the internet at work, there could be more advances in technology on the way, according to the Internet Services Providers' Association (ISPA).
A spokesman for the ISPA commented that the peak of development for the internet and other technology hasn't been reached, but that people are now better equipped to deal with advances.

"As people get older, their familiarity with using the internet can then be mapped into the working environment, and so they will be more familiar with various methods of using online tools within the workplace," he said.
"Development will continue. The technological advances seem to be coming thick and fast. I don't think we have plateaued in terms of technological development."
Just under three quarters of respondents to a European Interactive Advertising Association survey noted that they are staying in touch with friends more thanks to home broadband.
