China wants skilled students travelling abroad to 'return home'

Many Chinese students are travelling abroad and the nation's science and technology minister, Wan Gang, has told the 5th Overseas Chinese Forum Worldwide that he is eager for many to go back to China.
"It is the talent pool that empowers China to compete in the campaign of global innovation. The market is still hungry for cutting-edge technological talents," he said.
How to make cheap International Calls
While many Chinese people are in foreign countries, the destination is also extremely popular with visitors from abroad, ranking sixth in the world' overseas study market.
Many of these students will make low-cost international calls back home to let family members know how they are getting on.
Another item many travellers view as essential, along with their mobile phone, is their iPod, with a Lonely Planet survey suggesting that 56 per cent of travellers took their music player with them on their journeys.
