T-Mobile 'top for customer satisfaction'

T-Mobile has been named the leading mobile phone operator when it comes to customer satisfaction, a poll has indicated.

Over 1,000 independent customers assessed websites, taking into account more than 500 issues, such as usability and content, for the Global Reviews research.

Every single network improved its performance compared to the last poll in January, but the T-Mobile site came out on top, appearing clearest and easiest to access.

However, a Global Reviews spokeswoman stated that the other operators are catching up.

"T-Mobile received high scores in almost all categories and a significant improvement in site utility. But it improved just one per cent since January and others are gaining," she said.

"Orange improved nine per cent, O2 five, 3 by four and Virgin Mobile three. Overall the industry average is up by seven per cent."

Rumours are circulating that T-Mobile could launch the new Google Android Dream phone "within weeks", with some analysts predicting a September 23rd release date.
