The network will team up with mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) GlobalCell to tap into the growing market for bespoke deals aimed at people moving to Britain from abroad, the Guardian reports.
GlobalCell includes people who can speak Polish, Slovak, Russian and Lithuanian in its staff and is aiming to add Romanian, Latvian, Czech and Bulgarian in the near future in order to provide a suitable service for a wide range of nationalities.
The number of low cost international calls back to peoples' families in other countries could increase due to the deal.
There is a growing trend for mobile networks to utilise MVNOs in order to target niche elements of the market, with Tesco Mobile using O2 and Asda Mobile striking a deal with Vodafone.
Virgin Mobile was the UK's first MVNO and remains the dominant one through its partnership with T-Mobile.
