Fans head to US to support sporting Brits

Sports fans will be making cheap calls to international mobiles as people from the UK head across the Atlantic to support British sportsmen in a number of important events.

Tennis star Andy Murray has reached the quarter-finals of the US Open in New York and many Scottish supporters will be heading out to support him as he bids to win a first ever Grand Slam tournament.

Murray faces Juan Martin del Potro this evening for a place in the semi-finals having overcome Stanislas Wawrinka in the previous round.
