Cambridge 'worst for mobile theft'

The university city was revealed as the place with the highest incidence of mobile phone theft and fraud.
With the mobile phone giving customers the chance to use skinttariffs.com access codes to make cheap international calls, if it is stolen, customers might be doubly upset.
The study by life assistance firm CPP found that Leicester, London, Birmingham and Glawgow joined Cambridge as the top five 'worst cities'.
Detective Superintendent Mick McNally, head of the National Mobile Phone Crime Unit said it was working with communities to target theives.
"Another key strand to this is the public adoption of crime prevention advice. We would encourage people to use their phones safely and wisely by being aware of the environment in which they use their phones," he added.
"By registering your phone on a national data base that police have access to will significantly increases the potential of catching the thief and return of your phone."
