T-Mobile joins Nokia for internet offering

The world's top handset maker has joined forces with T-Mobile to offer internet services to European customers.
Nokia has announced that it will build handsets to integrate the new internet services provided by T-Mobile, which offers deals through skinttariffs.com.
Not only will T-Mobile users get access to Nokia's Ovi services, they will also benefit from devices made with their network providers offerings in mind.
"For T-Mobile customers, Nokia will customise its devices to provide a dedicated suite of T-Mobile services which will be seamlessly integrated to Nokia devices," Nokia said in a statement.
T-Mobile is the latest firm to sign up with Nokia, Mark Newman, chief research officer at market-research firm Informa Telecoms and Media, told PCWorld.
"Nokia has already signed Ovi deals with Telefonica, Vodafone and Orange, so it was expected that T-Mobile fell into line," he said. "I think Nokia will have an easier time working with T-Mobile, since it has a more open strategy to services, compared to the other operators."
