Sending an International SMS text message

Enter the international dialing code (without zeros) and the full destination phone number followed by a Hello at the beginning of your text message.

Enter the remaining message as normal.

When you send your message enter the destination number 07797 807 377

Your message will be sent onto the number you included at the beginning of your text at the cheap text message rate.

Other Charges

Text credits are charged at the advertised rate but the text to the access number (07797 807 377) should count as an inclusive text although you should check with your service operator as some don’t (including T-Mobile). Alternatively, you may be charged the standard UK text messaging rate by your service operator (which in many cases is still cheaper than the operators international rate!).

Texts should not exceed 160 characters (including dialing code, destination number and spaces). If you exceed this you may be charged extra by your operator.

Q. Can I transfer credits or use them on another phone?

A. Credits are tied to one phone number, they can only be used on another phone by switching SIM cards, credits cannot be transferred between phone numbers.

Q. Will I receive a delivery report to confirm that my text has been received?

A. No, unfortunately we cannot guarantee or confirm delivery of your text.

Provider Terms and Conditions

Cost per SMS as stated on our website plus standard SMS rate or may be used as part of your bundled SMSs, except T-Mobile which may cost more. Enter the international mobile number correctly at the start of your message, which should be no more than 160 characters (including the destination number and spaces). We will charge you the advertised SMS cost only, but your network operator may charge you at your standard UK SMS rate and they may also charge you again for excess characters. Disclaimer: If you receive SMS confirmation it means we have received it – we cannot confirm or guarantee delivery to the destination.
